I. PAYMENT METHODS AND TIME LIMITS

The Seller allows the Customer to make the payment for purchased products under the Sales Agreement using the following methods:
1. Card payment;
2. Bank transfer payment;
3. E-transfer payment.
All of the above-mentioned payments are made via PAYU.pl service.

Time limit for the payment:
The Customer is obliged to make the payment within 72 hours of the day of conclusion of the Sales Agreement. After the expiration of this time limit and lack of payment confirmation, the transaction will be cancelled.

II. DELIVERY COST, METHODS AND TIMES

The Seller provides the Customer with the following methods of Product delivery or collection:
In Poland:
1. Paczkomat InPost shipping service (2-5 business days):
• FREE for all orders over PLN 35
• PLN 5 – all orders up to PLN 35

  1. Courier service (1-5 business days):
    • FREE for all orders over PLN 65
  • PLN 9.50 – all orders up to PLN 65

For all orders shipped outside Poland, within the EU territory:
* PLN 60 – economy courier service (up to 0.5 kg).

The start of the delivery of the Product to the Customer shall be counted from the date of crediting of the Seller’s bank account or settlement account.
Shipping by InPost service – detailed information
Paczkomaty InPost is a shipping service, which enables collecting parcels 24/7.
Each Customer buying our Products online – after choosing Paczkomat InPost shipping method – receives the text message and an e-mail with a unique code. In order to collect the parcel, the Customer simply enters their mobile phone number and the code in the Paczkomat InPost panel. This opens the parcel locker with ordered Products.
The Customer can collect their parcel at any time of day or night.
If the Customer fails to collect their parcel within 3 days, it will be moved to the closest InPost branch. The Customer will receive a text message and e-mail with the address of the given branch. If the Customer fails to collect the parcel within 14 days of its delivery to the Paczkomat InPost, InPost will return the Sender’s parcel at their expense by charging the amount equal to the shipping cost.

  • This service is possible only in Poland and the mobile phone number provided must be a Polish number.

Courier service – detailed information

  • In order to ship your Products to you as fast as possible, we do not use the services of Poczta Polska.
    • We cooperate with two global courier services leaders, Fedex and DHL, which will deliver most of our parcels in 1-2 days from the day of dispatch.
    • After the courier collects your parcel from us, you will receive an e-mail with your parcel number. You can check its status by using the link provided.
    • The parcel should reach you already the day after you receive the e-mail from us. If you live in a more remote area, this may take a couple of days longer.
    Parcel collection
    • The courier will deliver your parcel to the address provided in the order form. If you are not at home, they will leave a message and return the same/the next day.
    • In the case of your absence, the courier is obliged to make two more attempts to deliver the parcel to you.

Waiting for the order – track your parcel
• Check the delivery status of your parcel.
• You can check it on the website of the courier service provider by entering the parcel number we will send you in an e-mail after the parcel dispatch.
